Taking it easy.
Another doodle. I’m starting to realize I feel more motivated to tackle commissions and the like if I’ve done something small as a warm-up first.
I had the sudden urge to draw shapes on shapes on shapes on shapes.
I like tiny things like this, but boy, is it hard on my wrists. I need to stop holding my pens with a deathgrip.
A second colored version. It’s not perfect, but I like it much better than my previous rainbowsplosion. Thanks to everyone who gave me feedback, it really helped me figure out what to do with this thing. The lines have been darkened to help the digital merge with the traditional, and how the colorsplosion has a unified color theme going for it. I am so ready to call this done.
Inks done! I’m going to try and… apply color, probably in Photoshop because I’m bad with color and don’t want to risk ruining it forever. Thanks for all the love this has gotten so far, it’s really encouraging. C:
